Bring water to boil
Peel Potatoes russet or yukon gold
Cut to fry shape
Tablespoon of vingar, 3 finger pinch of salt
Boil for 8 minutes
Strain
peanut oil
450 f oven 15 minutes
flip with spatula
15-20 minutes until crispy
Drain in bowl with paper towel and add salt
Can have with just salt or can add spices like Smoked paprika, garlic powerer, or chili powder.
