4 dry ingredients:

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

4 wet ingredients:

• 2 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla * Unordered List Item

Separate the egg and beat till stiff peaks. Set aside the egg. Mix the dry ingredients in a sifter. Mix the egg yolk and the wet ingredients. Slowly sift the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients until combined. At the end add the egg white and beat lightly until just combined.
