1. Bring water to boil
  2. Peel Potatoes russet or yukon gold
  3. Cut to fry shape
  4. Tablespoon of vingar, 3 finger pinch of salt
  5. Boil for 8 minutes
  6. Strain
  7. peanut oil
  8. 450 f oven 15 minutes
  9. flip with spatula
  10. 15-20 minutes until crispy
  11. Drain in bowl with paper towel and add salt

Can have with just salt or can add spices like Smoked paprika, garlic powerer, or chili powder.
